More than 200 small banana growers and members of cooperatives of several agrarian reform benficiaries from Davao del Norte marched to the Department of Agriculture at the elliptical circle in Quezon City on Friday, December 11, 2009 to press Agriculture Sec. Arthur Yap not to sign an administrative order banning aerial spray.
